I am so grateful I found Carol who went over and above providing the BEST service I have experienced from anyone . She listened to my needs offering several options and sent photos so I could compare the flowers and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. Once I settled on my choice she organised delivery so that my flowers would arrive on time. I ordered two spikes to put at a gravesite they look so beautiful and really gave me a tremendous feeling of peace to know my loved one was honoured so beautifully. This whole experience was exceptional and the cost was reasonable and fair and Carol was so accessible. I was ordering from Sydney so we communicated via messenger with very prompt responses it made the whole process very easy. It is such a pleasure to be able to genuinely recommend this business not only for the beautiful craftsmanship but also for the exceptional service. Thank you Carol I am so grateful
